During my 11+ years with Lockheed Martin – L3 Communications I designed and developed multiple websites and tools using complex web applications with various integration techniques. This included meeting directly with the customer to determine what their requirements were for the project and working with team members to complete each deployment on schedule within budget. New sites were created by either modifying an existing tool or creating new templates to fit the team's needs. Tools used to implement these changes were HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, UNIX, VI, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite as well as well as other web–authoring tools.
Responsible for creating and embedding ads as they come in through Ad send, using QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or whatever tool was necessary to get the paper out on time, traveling to Southern California Offset Printers twice a month to do the press check, formatting and designing logos and graphs as assigned by the art director and making revisions to articles as required; typesetting displays and classified ads as requested for the news paper and web site.
